How quickly will my website be ready?
Once we have confirmed the fit, we build a private preview on a temporary address, usually ready within about a week. You review it and get one focused round of changes, and nothing goes live until you have approved it.
Do I have to write the words and provide the photos?
No. You tell us about the business, and we write the copy and source the images from there. The plan includes 20 source images. Your only job is to review and approve what we put together before it goes live.
What happens after launch if I need a change?
Just email us. We reply to support questions and change requests within one business day. Hosting, SSL, backups, and software maintenance are part of the monthly plan, so the site stays secure and looked after for as long as you subscribe.
What does the £29 a month cover, and is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee. It is £0 upfront and you only start paying once the site is live. The £29 a month covers the design, the build, hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, simple analytics, basic on-page SEO, and ongoing maintenance. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee, and your £29 price is locked for 12 months.
Can I have an online shop, blog, or member logins?
Not on the standard plan. Online shops, blogs, member accounts, custom software, multilingual sites, and business email sit outside it. If you need one of those, get in touch and we can talk through the options.
Do I own my domain, and what happens if I cancel?
Your domain stays yours if you paid for it. You can cancel at any time with no early-exit fee. The site stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, then goes offline, and your domain remains your property.
Will my website show up on Google?
We set sensible page titles and structure, handle basic on-page SEO, and register your site with Google Search Console so it can be found. We do not promise specific rankings, but the foundations are in place from launch.
